Article 1: Scope of application
These general conditions of sale apply to all sales concluded through the website.

Article 2: Orders
Whether you are an individual or a professional, you can place your orders:

Once your order has been entered on the site, a confirmation email will be sent to you and your order will be registered. Upon receipt of this order, Healthy Break will ensure that the order is correct and will carry out some preliminary checks. Proof of address and identity may be requested.
Article 3: Availability of articles
As long as our offers and their prices are visible on the site, they are valid. The availability indicated at the time of consultation of the site by the customer remains dependent on the state of the stock at Healthy Break.
When there is unavailability on an ordered product, the customer is informed by email or telephone. In case of ordering several items where an item is out of stock, the order will be shipped once the missing product is in stock. Orders are not split.
The average delivery time indicated does not constitute a strict deadline and Healthy Break cannot be held liable in the event of late delivery or stock shortages.
Article 4: Price
Prices indicated in euros are deemed net of all taxes, excluding shipping costs. Items ordered are invoiced on the basis of the price in effect at the time the order is registered.
The price is payable in full and in a single payment upon ordering. All orders are invoiced in euros and payable in euros.
Article 5: Shipping costs
Shipping costs include a contribution to preparation, packaging and postage costs. They are fixed.
For all orders deliverable in Metropolitan France and Andorra, they are 6 euros including tax for a delivery in classic mode. Our shipping costs are free for all orders of an amount greater than or equal to 25 euros including tax. For other countries, contact us. Article 6: Delivery
Orders placed on our store www.Healthybreak.fr/boutique are delivered by Colissimo within 48 hours.
In the event of an order being returned to us for reasons of non-delivery, a flat rate shipping charge of 8 euros will be applied in the event of reshipment.
For information, the delivery time for Metropolitan France is estimated between 2 and 4 working days, depending on the availability of products in stock. Failure to comply with these deadlines in no way engages the responsibility of the healthybreak.fr site.
For a delivery time of more than 8 working days, you will be contacted in advance by our sales team.
When receiving your order, you must check the conformity of the goods delivered at the time of delivery by opening your package in the presence of the carrier. As a reminder: the carrier has a legal obligation to give you time to check your delivery.
If one or more products have been damaged during transport, you must follow the following procedure:
• Indicate all anomalies on the delivery note, in the form of precise handwritten reservations: Name of the product, Quantities, etc.
• Ask the driver to take back these products, and note them on the delivery note. If he refuses to take back the damaged goods, also note this on the delivery note. Example: "1 pack of white paper towels (ref: xxxxxxx) stained, taken back by the driver" or "1 air freshener spray (ref: xxxxxxx) punctured, the driver refused to take them back".
• You then have 24 hours to inform our customer service by email at nawel.ghoumrassi@healthybreak.fr, providing all the evidence allowing Epicerie-pro to file a claim with the carrier (photos). The damaged or broken goods will be refunded to you subject to proof (photos).
ATTENTION: Statements such as "subject to unpacking" or "subject to inspection" have no legal value and will not be admissible in the event of a dispute.
In the event of non-compliance with this procedure, no complaints will be taken into account by our services.
Article 7: Payment
You have several payment methods offering maximum security guarantees. You can pay:
• By bank or private card (Carte Bleue, Visa card, Eurocard/Mastercard,), by indicating either directly in the area provided for this purpose, the number of your card without spaces between the numbers, its expiry date, as well as its control code.
Before validating your payment method and continuing your order, we suggest that you carefully check the numbers entered by you in the areas provided for this purpose.
The bank card debit is generally made at the time of shipment of your order, for the amount of the items shipped.
• By PayPal by connecting to your PayPal account or by paying directly by credit card, indicating either directly in the area provided for this purpose, your card number without spaces between the numbers, its expiry date, as well as its control code, your billing address and your telephone and email contact details.
• By check in euros, payable in a French bank, payable to HEALTHY BREAK. Send your check, on the back of which you will have written the number assigned at the end of the order, to the following address:

• By bank transfer in euros to the order of HEALTHY BREAK. The transfer is to be made to CIC MANTES 30066 10281 00020519702 84. Please indicate in the reference of your transfer the number assigned at the end of the order:

Article 8: Warranty
The items supplied by Healthy Break are guaranteed against any defect at the time of delivery. The agreement on the offer is made on the basis of the product description sheet. If an item happens to be defective or non-compliant, we undertake to replace it or refund it.
You can return your package, in standard mode, the items concerned in their original packaging and accompanied by the corresponding Healthy Break invoice, within 15 days of receipt of the package to:

The return costs will be refunded to you (up to the cost of a standard shipment). The replacement will take place very quickly and in any case within a maximum of 1 month from the customer's request. In the event of a refund, we guarantee that it will be made by check within 15 days of the date of receipt of the returned package. No cash on delivery shipments will be accepted, whatever the reason.
In the presence of apparent defects, the buyer, upon delivery, benefits from the right of return under the conditions specified below in the paragraph "Satisfied or Refunded".
Article 9: Satisfied, exchanged or refunded
Whatever the reason, you can return an item to us within fifteen days of receiving your package.
Returned items must be in their original cellophane packaging. When it comes to items sold in batches or boxes as for special operations, all items will be subject to a grouped return. Technical products will be returned in their original packaging, intact, without any trace of use, accompanied by all possible accessories.
